What is the payment method?
We currently have 4 payment methods available, which are ATM, Payshop, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You can find out about these payment methods in section 4 of our terms and conditions.
How long does product delivery take?
The product is delivered within 5 business days. However, delivery is expected to take place within 48 hours. Find out more about shipping and delivery in section 10 of our terms and conditions.
How can I return faulty products?
The return of products that are verified to be defective or have other non-conformities, should be made within 15 days after the purchase. If your complaint is justified, the price of the product(s) ordered and shipping costs (when supported by the "buyer") will be refunded to the customer's account within 14 days from the date in which the decision to return the product was communicated.
How is the refund made?
The refund will be made by bank transfer within 14 days after the request made by the "buyer".
